How are you? I'm just checking in to see if I can be of service to anyone.
I wanted to share to you another way that I stay healthy and active. Working out from home. I have been a Beach Body coach for the last 3 years. My favorite program so far has been Barre Blend. It's a mix of barre, yoga and Pilates. I'm on week 3 and I'm looking for others to join me starting Monday, March 23rd. You can start week 1 and since I have been through the first two weeks of workouts, I am able to help you get through those workouts. You can download the workouts on a smart phone or tablet. If you decide that you might like to take a drive down valley to get out of the house, you can get to a place who has wi-fi in order to download the workouts. If you don't have passwords to places in Carbondale, you can definitely come to my place to share my wi-fi. We can social distance while your work out videos download 😊.
I have come to love working out at home because I don't get distracted by comparing myself to others….I know….its a bad habit. However, I am getting rid of that pressure by accepting my body/my temple for who it is. I grew up a swimmer, I'm always going to have wide shoulders 💜. These shoulders actually really help for arm balances in yoga!
